 WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON ORDERS OVER $50


Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a Friday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Our fulfillment centers located at Hawthorne, CA USA, and Shenzhen China.


US & AU :

We ship by ePacket/USPS and the order should arrive within 10-20 business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.


Rest of the world:

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Your order shall arrive within 30 business days.




      Refunds & Returns

      • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your Product cost or replace it if you don't receive your order, it got damaged or was not as described in the product page. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. 


      • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you get your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


      • Note: There are no refunds on shipping costs.


      • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 6-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via support@owlsforyou.com and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & Returns will not be processed after 14 days. 


      HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

      1. For all returns please email support@owlsforyou.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number ( RA)

      2. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange 

      3. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a message. 

      4. Complete the returns & exchange form ( included in your order & will be emailed to you)
